Jinho missed his home contry so Dianna decide to make Korean food for him.   

First, Dianna searched the internet about various Korean foods.

She went to the market right away in order to buying ingredients of Kimchi.

Then Dianna tried her best in cooking and called Jinho but it just made him feel confused.

He looked disappointed so she made up that "it's an Australian cabbage salad." 

Even if Dianna went through failure, she didn't give up cooking and looked for again another Korean food except Kimchi.

She found the best one, Bibimbap because it seemed healthy and easy to make.

Eventually, Dianna completed the dish however there was a problem the amount of vegetables left. 

She figured out the good idea, accordingly prepared Jabchae with ingredients left diligently.

Jinho was moved taste of her dishes thus he could be no longer homesick anymore thanks to Dianna.

< Trip to India >

He went to see the famous Ganges River in India for a trip.

However, he found that they were scattering the ashes of the dead in to the river.

He was chaotic because they were washing their hair and were drinking from it naturally.

Also he could hear about they have believed the river brought good luck so they do this ritual every day.  

He became drawn to the meaning of the Ganges River curiously.

Although it made him shocked that they even brush their teeth and cook at the same place.

A person explained "The water comes from the Himalayas so we never need to worry, it's clean."

He had him doubts, but he recognized the river is definitely more than something religious. 


< Elephant Murder Case >

In early 15th century, Japan sent an elephant as a gift to Korean.

But Korean were burdensome because feeding the elephant was very expensive.

One day, a man visited and spat on the elephant so the starving elephant became very mad. 

The man didn't survive thus everyone blamed the elephant, finally elephant was banished.

The new home wasn't that bundant people couldn't feed the elephant appropriately. 

In the end, the king had different districts take charge of the elephant in turn. 

What a sorrowful story, the elephant spent the rest of its life wandering here and there.

When you imagine giving a speech in front of people, you would have butterflies in your stomach.

< The Origin of Hotdogs >

Do you know the origin of hotdogs that a lot of people like to eat?

In the beginning, people used to call them dachshund sausages because the dog have a long body and short legs like sausages. 

The sausages were very popular but there was one problem that people couldn't hold with bare hands.

So the sellers came up with some idea that wrapping the sausages with gloves.

Although people bought more sausages, there was no profit for the sellers because gloves were expensive.

In the end, the sellers tried to put the sausage between bread then fortunately people preffered it.

One day, a cartton artist heard about this food so he determined to draw it in the newspaper.

He didn't know how to spell the word "dachshund" therefore he just wrote the title of newspaper "hot dog"

The newspaper was well known, finally people called it "hot dog" from then on.

< Mysterious Triangles >

Have you ever heard of the Bermuda Triangle?, It's famous because many mysterious things happen there. 

In 1945, a pilot disappeared suddenly in the middle of trainning over there.

People exerted to find the pilot but even they vanished completely without any trace.

There is a region in Japan that many people went missing mysteriously from this area such as Bermuda Triangle.

The Japanese goverment commanded researchers to solve the mystery fully.  

Despite some researcher studied the ocean floor, nobody couldn't detect a obvious answer.

We have no choice, there's only one way to expect anyone will be able to figure out the mystery.

< Body Jestures in Different Contries >

Yoona went to a trip abroad, her first destination was India.

She want to give some cookie to her guide with a right hand however the guide frowned abruptly so Yoona was startled.

Her guide said, Indians only use left hand when using the toilet that reason why she was unpleasant.

Next, Yoona went over to France, by the way French moved her head towards Yoona to greet but Yoona was suprised and stepped backwards

Yoona realized their culture the french greet each other with kisses on the cheek that is called "air kiss."

Lastly, Yoona went shopping with Bulgarian friend in Bulgaria.

Yoona asked "it looked good on me?" then her friend nodded her head so Yoona bought the shirt.

However her friend was so cunfused, at the end she explained about nodding means no and shaking one's head means yes in Bulgaria.

Yoona felt it was amazing to learn the different meanings of body gestures in each country.

< Princess Psyche >

Once upon a time, there was a princess called Psyche who is more beautiful than Aphrodite.

Aphrodite was very furious about comparing face with Psyche so she plans to punish her.

Aphrodite ordered making she fall in love with the ugliest creature to her son Eros, but he didn't.

Because he crushed on Psyche at first sight so he found out another plan instead of mom's order.

Eros introduced himself as her husband but he didn't reveal his identitiy to her.

She accepted and then they had a great time but she was getting curious.

One day, Psyche lit a torch in the middle of night and yelled in tears as soon as she saw his face.    

Eros accounted for his circumstance but he felt already upset to her so he's gone.

In the end, Aprodite saw how much the wonderful power of love is so she gave them her blessing and they lived happily ever after.

< The Origin of Santa Claus >

Once upon a time, there is a very kind bishop who lived in the turkey.

He always help poor people in secret the way he put some money into their empty socks. 

His charity became known to a lot of people all over the world.

But American were diffidcult to pronunce his name so gradually his name started to be called Santa Claus.  

One company of America determined to use Santa Claus in their advertisement.

The company didn't know about his appearance therefore they expressed dress of Santa Claus by red color like the company's logo color.

Furthermore, they made Santa's image with froth foam and fat body because his beard looks like foam.

In the end, the company and Santa Claus both are very famous, that's what we are aware of Santa Claus's image now.


< Bats, Friend or Foe? >

When we think of bats, we are apt to think it is very dirty, dark and creepy animal. 

On the contrary, bats are helpful and give positive affect to humans. 

There were a lot of mosquitoes in Italy nevertheless they didn't take any measure for the environment.

So Italian always have to suffer from mosquitoes, goverment felt the necessity to solve this problem.

A bat usually eats about 2000 mosquitoes a day so evenfually Italy goverment tried to solve it. 

The goverment increased in number of mosquitoes therefore population of bats decreased markedly. 

Also the bats use into dish, which is called rare and expensive dish in China.

Cooking course in order to make this dish is strange because they collect mosquito's eyes from bat's poor.

Like this, We can say that bats are helpful and useful animal. 


< At the Hospital >

Hoon got up late so he run towards school in order to hurry to the hilt. 

In the way to go, signal light turned red but he kept going forward because he didn't have time to wait until turning on green light.

At that time, he was bumped from a running car so eventually he was injured his legs.

At the hospital, Hoon met a girl Nari who got injury riding bicycle.

She said that her accident was dizzying, if she weren't lucky, she really could have been serious.

She worried that this accident reminds her fear continuously and besides she can't ride anymore since this trauma.

Hoon and Nari was getting closer thanks to his comfort for her and they became friends. 

They thought together what would do after they got better, so they decided to go for a movie.

And They promised to keep in touch after they left from the hospital.


< The Oldest Observatory in Korea >

People of Silla Dynasty observed the stars by Cheomseongdae as if it looks like a small pottery.

Cheomseongdae might seem a little puny when you see it for the first time.

However, this tower is so stable that it has never fallen apart.

Besides, it is valuable because poeple could observe the solar and lunar eclipse with it.

It helped people forecast the weather, which was very important during the Agricultural Age.

By doing so, people could prepare for the natural disasters, such as a drought or a flood.

Cheomseongdae has wonderful meanings about structure. 

Total 24 Layers means the 24 divisions of the year and there are 360 stones which means the number of days in a year. 

Cheomseongdae carries not only scientific knowledge, but also the wisdom of our ancestors.
